The mission of Pittsburgh Black Pride is to organize and educate throughout the year. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive health plan that includes the major concerns for African Americans in the United States; high blood pressure, diabetes, HIV/AIDS and obesity. Throughout the year we continue to reach out to African American LGBT youth through mentor ships and empowering young adults to become more active with the community.
